When you live in Wisconsin, you grow to like cheese. It’s just part of our DNA up here in the frozen tundra. Probably literally a part of our DNA at this point. After a few years as a missionary in Romania, we were hankering for some good cheddar cheese. We visited international stores, talked to expats, and kept our eyes constantly open, always on the hunt for the elusive dairy product that would satisfy our wildest dreams. When we finally tracked some down, we told everyone we knew where to get it. Why? Because finding good cheddar in Eastern Europe is good news.
