“Worship is how we allow God to fight our battles for us… Worship is a declaration of our weakness and God’s strength.” – Tommy Walker. When we worship, we release God to fight our battles and bring massive victory, to defeat strongholds and tear down walls.

“For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.” – 2 Corinthians 10:3-4…. Worship is not just a time to enjoy some music or to be entertained. Worship is an act of war.
When Joshua was pursuing a ruthless enemy in battle, he prayed a ridiculous, brazen prayer – “God, freeze the sun and moon where they are so we can keep this battle going!” And the crazy thing is, God responded. The sun and moon stood still. What gave Joshua the boldness to pray such a ridiculous prayer? 1) God had already promised him complete victory, and in Joshua’s mind, this is what it would take to see God’s promise fulfilled. 2) Joshua spent a lot of time in the presence of God, so He know God’s heart.
